In order to control its costs and the efficiency of its intervention, ASBL has initiated a transfer designed to regroup, around its headquarters, several devices until now scattered over several sites and municipalities. For example, it commissioned Habitat 44 to carry out two construction programmes on the Ville au Blanc site: - A Relay House (family boarding house) comprising 24 dwellings for 25 places - An extension of an existing building for the realization of 7 to 10 places of Beds halte soins santé (LHSS) The details of the missions entrusted to the holder are described in the consultation regulation. The grouping must include the following competences: - An architectural firm (architect DPLG, DESA, DEA+ HMONP or equivalent listed in the list of the order) authorised by the consortium. - An engineering team comprising the following skills: - Landscape (the architect can be identified as a landscaper if he has the competence) - Construction economics - Structure, - Thermal / fluids, - VRD (with a particular sensitivity and appetite for sites presenting complex issues of connection and sizing of VRD networks) - Technical and general engineering studies allowing to surround the usual subjects in new construction (fire safety, health risks lead and asbestos, acoustics, CFO / CFA, small-scale demolitions and simple extension of an existing … building) and site development
