1. The subject of the contract is the supply of lighting sets ZO-2 and ZO-4. 2. The order is divided into 2 tasks. 3. The conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the procurement documents (Annex 3 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter: PPU). 4. The subject-matter of the contract must meet the requirements described in Annexes 4A and 4B to the SWZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract – Operational and Technical Requirements and Annex 4C – Amendments to the provisions of the Operational and Technical Requirements for the supply of lighting sets ZO-2 and ZO-4. Attention! All operational and technical requirements, including the required warranty period, were clearly defined in the technical documentation for serial production of the product approved by the Director of the Armament Policy Department of the Ministry of National Defence by Decision No 460/ZDW/2010. This documentation is the property of the State Treasury and is available at the Armament Agency. A copy of the documentation can be found at the Ordering Party. The Contractor may obtain it after submitting a declaration, a specimen of which is attached as Annex 6 to the SWZ. Each of the potential Contractors should make and deliver a product in accordance with this documentation. The above-mentioned statement should be submitted via the purchasing platform. 5.
