The subject of the public contract is the execution of the Work, namely the implementation of complete technological stabilization of selected applications that are part of the basic information system of the VZP CR (hereinafter referred to as "ZIS" and "Application") in the form of migration, which includes in particular: a) modifying the Application modules on the Oracle Forms & Report application layer to the current highest supported version 12c (12.2.1.19); b) migration of data in Application databases (hereinafter referred to as "DB") to the supported version 19c (Oracle DB); modifying Oracle Fusion Middleware applications and necessary components that are related to the upgrade of Oracle Forms and Reports to version 12c and do not fall under subparagraphs (a) and (b) of this paragraph; d) modifying applications programmed for the HP-UX Intel® ItaniumTM HW platform to the x86 HW platform, both on the application and database layers.
