Description

Für diese Maßnahme "Umbau OP und Erweiterung Sterilgutlager im Evangelischen Krankenhaus Dierdorf" hat der Auftraggeber bereits die erforderlichen Planungsleistungen bis einschließlich Leistungsphase 2 erarbeiten lassen. Darauf aufbauend sollen nun die weiteren Planungsleistungen nach Fachlosen getrennt vergeben werden.
Von den Um-/ Anbaumaßnahmen vorrangig betroffen ist die OP Abteilung im EG (Baujahr 1992) mit der OP-Kernzone, dem Sterilgutlager und dem Aufwachraum. Durch die Baumaßnahme werden auch zwingend notwendige Baumaßnahmen in angrenzenden Funktionseinheiten und Geschossen erforderlich.
Nach derzeitiger Einschätzung sind die ca. 30 Jahre alten Haustechnikinstallationen annähernd komplett abgängig. Aufgrund der Bearbeitungstiefe entspricht die Planung einer Entkernung mit anschließendem Neuaufbau bedingt durch Brandschutzvorgaben, Erneuerung der haustechnischen Anlagen sowie einer nutzungsbedingten Erweiterung (Anbau) aufgrund fehlender Lagerflächen im OP-Bereich.
