The aim is to procure a movement laboratory for biomechanical analysis of human movement in accordance with international scientific standards. The laboratory should enable a detailed recording of human movements in different movement situations such as walking, running and jumping as well as the recording of movements in everyday actions. Since the laboratory is to be used in a scientific-interdisciplinary context, it is necessary that movements can be detected both in sufficiently high spatial and in sufficiently high temporal resolution. With regard to biomechanical analyses, both classical, scientifically established and novel, innovative analytical methods are to be combined.
