Description

Zur Begleitung und Unterstützung beim Aufbau der Autobahn GmbH des Bundes im Rahmen der Reform der Bundesfernstraßenverwaltung benötigt die Gesellschaft Beratungs- und Unterstützungsleistungen im Bereich betriebswirtschaftliche Unterstützung und Projektmanagementleistungen. Diese betreffen die Bereiche:
• Finanz- und Rechnungswesen sowie Controlling,
• Liegenschaftsmanagement/Immobilienbetreuung und Materialwirtschaft,
• Begleitende Beratung beim Aufbau der IT der Niederlassungen der Autobahn GmbH sowie
• Projektmanagement und Projektmanagementunterstützung.
Der Auftragnehmer soll die Autobahn GmbH in spezifischen Fragen und Prozessen im Bereich der Betriebswirtschaft sowie des Projektmanagements beraten und bei ihren fortzuführenden Tätigkeiten in der Transformationsphase inklusive Betriebsbeginn fachlich und methodisch unterstützen, um die Reform der Bundesfernstraßenverwaltung zielgerichtet und termingerecht umzusetzen.
