Description

Delivery of specialist disposable medical equipment for the Laboratory of Hemodynamics. The subject of the contract has been divided into 23 lots (packages). The contractor may submit a tender for one, several or all lots. Detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1A (Assortment and Price Form) to the specification constituting an integral part thereof. For the duration of the contract, the Contractor shall ensure: a) consignment composition of the subject of the contract (commission) for packages indicated by the Ordering Party: No. 3, No. 4, No. 5, No. 6, No. 9, No. 13, No. 14, No. 15, No. 16, No. 17, No. 18, No. 19, No. 22 and No. 23. b) the possibility of exchanging the subject of the contract may apply only to products in the manufacturer's intact packaging, c) lease of the IVUS ultrasound system with the FFR option - mobile system and lease of the IVUS ultrasound imaging system with the FFR option integrated with the hemodynamic table - applies to package No. 15, d) lease of the Pd/Pa hemodynamic measurement system, FFR, RFR, CFR - applies to package No. 3 e) lease of the ROTA Pro electronic console - applies to package No. 22.
