Description

Maintenance of escalators, sludge pumps, electrical installations in the Ivan Zajc subway, maintenance of elevators and electrical installations in Ivana Paul II Street and maintenance of platforms for people with special needs on the beach belt in the Kantrida swimming complex zone and in Pomerio Park within the meaning of Article 21, Article 22(1), points 2 and 5, and Article 23(2) and (5) Municipal Economy Act (NN Nos 68/18, 110/18, 32/20, 145/24 – hereinafter: ZKG) is a communal activity that ensures the maintenance of the communal infrastructure in a state of functional correctness, and the facilities on which the communal service is provided fall within the public traffic areas on which traffic by motor vehicles is not allowed in accordance with Article 60, paragraph 2. ZKG and under buildings and devices of public use in accordance with Article 60(6) of the ZKG. ZKG. The services covered by this tender are: tours, roadworthiness checks, maintenance and repair of devices and installations located in the territory of the city of Rijeka, namely: - escalators, sludge pumps and electrical installations (basic and auxiliary) in the underpass of Ivan Zajc, - elevators and electrical installations in Ul. John Paul II, - platform for people with special needs on the beach belt in the zone of the Kantride indoor swimming pool complex and in the Pomerio Park, in all in accordance with the Cost Statement and the conditions and requirements of the Procurement Document.
