Description

Brabrand Boligforening (BBBO) ønsker at gennemføre en omfattende plan for renovering og fornyelse af de eksisterende boligblokke i Gellerup og Toveshøj. Renoveringen og omdannelsen af boligblok B4, som dette udbud omhandler, er 1. fase i realiseringen af denne plan og er planlagt som et "pilotprojekt", som skal give BBBO vigtige erfaringer til realiseringen af de næste faser af planen for renovering og omdannelse af den samlede bebyggelse i Gellerup og Toveshøj.
Renoveringen og omdannelsen af boligblok B4 har følgende hovedformål:
— At basis renovere eksisterende boliger til en tidssvarende standard,
— At skabe en større diversitet af boligtyper end den nuværende,
— At skabe et miljø omkring bygningen, som er identitetsskabende og inviterende i en menneskelig skala.
Renoveringen og omdannelsen af blok B4 er samtidig en vigtig brik i det omfattende infrastruktur-projekt, hvor vejgennemføringen gennem blok B4 er et af nøgleelementerne i områdets transformation.
