Description

EU-wide award procedure for relocation and logistics planning at Senckenberganlage 25, 60325 Frankfurt am Main for Senckenberg Gesellschaft für Naturforschung. Due to the planned renovation and expansion of the historic main building of the Senckenberg Research Institute and Nature Museum Frankfurt, the main building, the south wing and the Reimersbau must be completely emptied by mid-2030 at the latest (according to current planning). Excerpt planning will start after the contract has been awarded and implementation is expected to start from Q3/2028; The withdrawal is foreseen from 2033 at the earliest. A depot, relocation and logistics concept for museums, research, administration, laboratories, collections, archives, storage and technical areas is required. Many functions are to remain on the property during the construction phase, and are complemented by condensed existing areas, external locations and an interim exhibition. We are looking for an experienced company for conservationally demanding museum and research logistics, including support in the inventory, as well as area, process, tendering, coordination and withdrawal planning.
