Description

As the regional enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), Schulbau Hamburg has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing the school properties in accordance with economic principles, taking into account the school's interests, and renting out the more than 400 schools to the Authority for School and Vocational Education and Training (BSB). ---------------- Billwerder Straße 31 is the site of the new 3.5 brisk Bille-Gymnasium. Three buildings and the design of the outdoor complex are being built on the site. INDIVIDUAL CONSTRUCTION: As one of the three buildings, project 21-0005 is the construction of a new individual building. For use here, the rooms of the administration and teachers are planned, in addition, there are multifunctional areas for the school location (mensa, stage, music) as well as other classrooms. The building is planned as a four-storey solid building. The facades receive a pre-wall shell made of clinker stones.
