Description

Auf dem Friedrich-List-Platz 2 in 01069 Dresden befindet sich das Bestandsgebäude, welches in den 1990er Jahren gebaut, und als polygonales Verwaltungsgebäude ausgebildet ist. Die Grundgeometrie ist ein längliches Rechteck, welches an den breitesten Stellen ca. 125m in Ost-West-Ausrichtung und 79m in Nord-Süd-Ausrichtung misst. Das Gebäude wird durch drei innenliegende Höfe gegliedert, wobei vier Riegel in nordsüdlicher Richtung und zwei Riegel in ostwestlicher Richtung diese umschließen.
Das Gebäude staffelt sich von West nach Ost (fünf Geschosse zu sieben Geschosse). Der erste Innenhof dient als Lichthof für das 1. bis 6.OG und ist über dem 6.OG überdacht. Die beiden anderen Höfe sind nicht überdacht und auf dem Dach des Erdgeschosses begrünt (Ost nach West: Innenhof 1 und Innenhof 2). Auf alle Geschosse verteilt hat das Gebäude eine Bruttofläche von ca. 35.142m².
