Description

HUS Group (hereinafter referred to as HUS or the Subscriber) requests offers for the implementation of personnel surveys and other HR surveys. The acquisition includes the implementation of a personnel survey covering the whole of HUS, as well as continuous surveys, a new employee survey and an outgoing employee survey. In addition, the acquisition includes as an option possible other short surveys when ordered separately as needed. The personnel survey will be carried out possibly every two years in a more limited version. The service provider conducts the personnel survey as a comprehensive service from the planning of the implementation, collecting the answers and reporting the results, to the verbal analysis of the results and the presentation event. The results are reported in the service provider's online service. We are looking for one (1) service provider to be responsible for the service. The subject-matter and requirements of the contract are described in detail in the invitation to tender and its annexes. The contract period is a fixed-term period of two (2) years, after which the contract will continue as an option for an indefinite period. The planned start date of the fixed-term contract period is early autumn 2026. The first staff survey to be carried out will be a survey in early 2027. The estimated value of the acquisition is EUR 400 000 (VAT 0%). This is an estimate, and the contracting entity does not commit to the stated euro amounts and purchase amounts. Final order quantities may be higher or lower than indicated.
