Description

The project “Output Management Service, framework contract for the installation and maintenance of printing and copying systems” aims to reorganise and rationalise the document processing infrastructure in a holistic manner.
The Wiesbaden Chamber of Skilled Trades plans to have the entire operation of the document processing equipment carried out by an external service provider under a rent in conjunction with a full service agreement.
The requirements for the equipment are set out in the bill of quantities and the list of annexes.
All equipment will be procured through a lease agreement which includes the following services:
(1) purchase of hardware, including service and maintenance of equipment;
Procurement of software solutions (e.g. pull-pricing, scanning);
Supply of consumables (excluding paper and staples).
The objective is to implement an economic, uniform and high-quality output management service.
