Germany-Düsseldorf: Electrical wiring and fitting work
Flughafen Düsseldorf GmbH intends to construct a new drainage plant
“Centre rainwater pond and associated farm building” (CDR centre). The necessary trades are:
split several contract notices. Specifically: Electrical equipment in the centre of the rain pond with an operating building (EMSR).
This construction project is part of a planning approval procedure, which is the subject of proceedings for restoring the suspensory effect of the appeals lodged. This construction project will therefore only be commissioned if all urgent procedures are to be applied in favour of the immediate enforceability of the planning approval decision. Flughafen Düsseldorf GmbH expects such decisions to be taken in approximately 6-12 months. Until the outcome of the judicial proceedings, only technical negotiations will be held. The final commercial discussions will only take place once the urgent judicial procedures have been completed and the possible execution period can therefore also be determined, so that all bidders can safely assess their current costs and capacities.
It should be noted at this point that if the suspensory effect is restored, there will be no surcharge.
