Description

For legally compliant, audit-proof storage of documents, a document management system (short: DMS) for the Leibniz Institute for Plasma Research and Technology (INP). With the integration of a DMS, the institution must be able to process, record, store and trace its documents without media disruption. The possibility of storing paper documents and digital files in a structured, digital document archive must be guaranteed. The DMS must provide an interface to the existing ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018, whereby NAV must remain the leading system. Preparing for the necessary transition from NAV to Business Central in the next few years, an interface between DMS and Business Central is also absolutely necessary.
