Description

The subject of this procurement is the planning, delivery, construction and commissioning of a hydrogen filling station in Wipperfürth. The filling station will initially be used to refuel 25 hydrogen buses. The delivery and commissioning of the hydrogen filling station is to take place by 01.10.2026. The necessary preparatory civil engineering services are the subject of a separate award and are not included in this contract. The supply of hydrogen is not covered by this contract and is also the subject of a separate invitation to tender. The details can be found in the specifications, which will be made available as a working version on the award platform at the start of the competition. An additional component of the order is the maintenance of the filling station. The contracting authority is dependent on the approval of public funding for the procurement. These are applied for by the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and are very likely to be approved. As a precaution, however, the contracting authority must reserve the right to cancel the procedure in the event that the funding is not approved or not approved in full.
