Awarding an existing Contractor a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services to the subject of the basic contract, in particular: 1) services of collection, transport and management of municipal waste in a period other than the performance of the basic contract, 2) services of collection, transport and management of waste fractions other than those provided for in the basic contract. The contract may be awarded to: 1) under similar conditions as those laid down for the basic contract, subject to differences resulting from the specificity of the subject of a similar contract, including the financial conditions for the performance of a similar contract. A similar contract will be awarded after negotiations, the subject of which may include, among others, the amount of the Contractor's remuneration for the provision of services, 2) once or several times both during the contract and after its completion (termination / termination / withdrawal), 3) up to a maximum of 50% of the Contractor's remuneration, originally indicated in § 2 sec. 1 model contract. The award of the contract referred to above will be possible provided that the Ordering Party has the necessary financial resources and the existing Contractor has carried out the basic contract with due diligence. Estimated quantities: a) number of declared persons and address points of inhabited real estate – 116 834 declared persons/28 620 address points, b) number of address points of inhabited real estate with increased frequency of receipt of municipal waste – 439 address points and uninhabited – 124 address points, c) number of containers for uninhabited real estate, excluding real estate on which a holiday cottage is located, or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes – 17 332 items, d) number of containers divided into individual fractions for uninhabited real estate, excluding real estate on which a holiday cottage is located, or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes: - unsegregated - 3 674 units - bio-waste – 3 408 items - paper – 3 433 pieces - plastics and metal - 3 447 items - glass – 3 370 e) number of address points of the property on which the cottage is located or other property used for recreational and leisure purposes – 2 425 f) number of address points of property owners carrying out separate collection of bio-waste for their own composting plant – 2 101 g) number of containers declared in accordance with the will of the owner of the residential property: - paper 120 l - 2 386 pcs. - 240 l paper - 1 860 pcs. - plastics and metal 120 l – 5 015 pcs. - plastics and metal 240 l – 3 486 pcs. Deadline for the collection and management of municipal waste from 1 January 2026 (subject to the earlier commencement of the implementation of the subject of the Agreement in this respect, i.e. from the day following the end of the basic agreement of 19 February 2023, if the basic agreement is terminated before 31 December 2025) - until 31 December 2026, subject to the earlier completion of the subject of the Agreement in this respect, if the remuneration for the implementation of this agreement exceeds a certain amount.
