Quadruped Robot Systems
It is the aim of the Dutch Ministry of Defense (NLD MOD) to procure a modern, high quality quadruped Robot with a high level of autonomy. The Agreement involves a Framework agreement for the delivery and a maintenance agreement for a period of 5 years. The scope of the Agreement involves: • A Framework agreement for the delivery of quadruped Robot Systems, on demand delivery of spare parts, components, tools and test equipment, delivery of documentation, delivery and provision of training and the on demand performance of additional developments and additional configurations. The Framework agreement is concluded for a period of 5 years, with the option to extend the agreement by one (1) year twice. • Delivery of an initial order of 19 quadruped Robot Systems which are scheduled for Q1 2025/ Q2 2025. • Optional follow-on deliveries/replenishment, evaluation, improvements and/or developments are foreseen after delivery of the initial delivery and ends 5 years after signing the Agreement. • A Maintenance Agreement for 5 years after first delivery to perform intermediate (ILM) and depot level maintenance (DLM). The Maintenance Agreement can be extended by one (1) year each time with a maximum of 5 times.
