Description

This contract includes an interpreter by telephone and call centres.
Remote interpretation can be as follows:
Area (a) Telephone interpretation – remote interpretation with audio area only; (b) call centres – remote interpretation with only sound in a protected working environment at the Supplier’s premises
Tenderers submitting a tender in this contract must be able to supply all lots (a) and (b) of the contract. Tenders must be submitted in full.
The Migration Board carries out two (2) parallel procurement procedures for interpretation intermediation services.
