Description

The scope of the Project entitled "Consulting & Technical Support Services for the Educational Care of INEDIVIM" concerns the development of an integrated business model for the provision of support services to INEDIVIM and in particular the Directorate of Educational Care & Technical Services of the Foundation. The project includes the implementation of a unified business process architecture, through a network of specialized support services, which will contribute to strengthening the management competence and technical capacity of the Directorate. In particular, all the services that the contractor is required to offer, in the context of the announced project, extend to all levels of administration and monitoring of co-financed projects of the Directorate of Educational Care & Technical Services of INEDIVIM. The services will be provided to the Central Service of INEDIVIM at 417 Acharnon Street in Athens (NUTS EL 303). The services provided are classified under the following codes of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 72224000-1 (Project management consultancy services) and additional CPV 72220000-3 (System and technical consultancy services). The project is not divided into sections, because its object is a single one, the actions are interdependent and interrelated with each other, so they require the holistic approach of the Contractor. In the case of a contract notice in lots, it will not be possible to coordinate the actions effectively. The sequence of the individual works is what imposes the proposed method of conducting the tender in order to serve in the best, qualitative, managerial and effective way the purpose of the Contract to be implemented.
