This notice is placed as a prior information notice and relates only to a pre-procurement market engagement event and questionnaire.
NHS England and NHS Improvement South (South East) (the Commissioner) invites expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced Prime Providers to provide integrated pharmacy and primary healthcare services, and mental health and substance misuse services to Kent and Medway prisons, to be confirmed but likely to include:
— HMP Swaleside,
— HMP Elmley,
— HMP Standford Hill,
— HMP Maidstone,
— HMP East Sutton Park,
— HMP Rochester,
— HMP Cookham Wood.
The aim of the market engagement event is to work with potential prime providers to understand opportunities and barriers to providing these services and to assist commissioners with shaping their procurement strategy.
