The purpose of this contract is the execution of the construction works corresponding to the project called “Raft project in the irrigation community “La campaña” in the TT.MM. of Barbastro and Castejón del Puente (Huesca)”. The aforementioned construction works will be executed in accordance with the implementation project approved by Resolution of the Directorate-General for Rural Development, Innovation and Agri-Food Training of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, dated 19 April 2024, as well as the conditions that, where appropriate, could be established by the Administrations and entities competent for the granting of the permits, authorizations and licenses necessary for the construction, commissioning and operation of the facilities. The works consist of the modification of the current intake in the Selgua Canal from which the filling pipe of the new raft to be executed will start.
