Description

This contract is described as a framework agreement at European level and within the meaning of the European Directive. On the other hand, it is a contract with order forms, pursuant to Article 43 of Decree No 2005-1742 of 30 December 2005, at national level, for plumbing works on the assets of Valophis Habitat – OPH du Val-De-Marne and Valophis Sarépa and Valophis La Chaumière de l’ile de France, of which Valophis Habitat – OPH du Val-De-Marne is the managing agent. It is an order form contract with no minimum or maximum for the duration of the contract (4 years), concluded with an economic operator. Order forms will be notified by the authorised person of the organisation as and when required.
