Provision of remote assistance as part of a device to prevent loss of autonomy at home.
La Poste Group has made Health and Autonomy one of its strategic development axes. The Health and Autonomy Department of the La Poste Group created in March 2019 the subsidiary XL Autonomie with the Department of Landes and in December 2022 the subsidiary Territories and Autonomy. Through its subsidiaries in the territory, La Poste has developed a personalised human support device associated or not with a range of digital services (including teleassistance) and proximity. It is aimed primarily at the elderly, with disabilities or living with a chronic illness residing at home with the aim of promoting innovative solutions adapted to their needs to enable them to preserve their autonomy and their health at home. The stakes are high: support home support with an economically bearable cost, offer a quality of service and socially acceptable devices for vulnerable populations, bring benefits immediately perceived in their daily lives. In this context, the Health and Autonomy Department of La Poste wishes to refer a provider of a listening and assistance platform. Ril is expected from the partner who will be selected at the end of the consultation: — The provision of a listening and assistance platform linked to the teleassistance equipment that will be installed at the recipient’s home or worn by the beneficiary. It must be established in France.
