Works contract relating solely to performance within the meaning of Article 53 (2) (a) and Article 55 (6) of Legislative Decree No 163/06, as amended. Project on the basis of a contract validated by the Proceedings Manager with an investigation report dated 22.6.2014. Intervention included in the list of strategic infrastructure referred to in CIPE Decision No 21.12.2001 of 121, in accordance with the provisions of the Objective Law No 443/2001: Salerno – Reggio Calabria motorway. Extraordinary maintenance of the existing motorway from km 433 + 765 to km 442 + 077 between the release of Campo Calabro (excluding) and the release of Santa Caterina (included). Executive Project.
