The Marktoberdorf fire station is to be expanded and renovated in nine construction phases to ensure that the fire station meets the current standards: BA 1: Addition of an additional parking space with storage space and changing rooms, as the existing parking spaces are not suitable for the required new emergency vehicle. BA 2: Redesign of the northern basement run to the passage with dismantling and redesign of the canopy with noise protection wall to the neighbor and new construction of a freight elevator. BA 3: Replacement of all windows and the WDVS to bring the building up to a contemporary energy standard. BA 4: Reconstruction of the operations center with renewal of the technology. BA 7: Extension of the ground floor – minor modifications and replacement of all doors of the vehicle hall to adapt the building to the current requirements. BA 8: Construction of a roof terrace next to the large training room on the upper floor, with new escape staircase. BA 9: Renovation of the broken asphalt pavement in front of the building and redesign of the basement ramp on the north side.
