Description

‘Supply and installation of information and communication equipment and peripheral devices for the needs of the Municipality of Pleven’, divided into two lots, Lot 1: ‘Supply and installation of computer equipment by design: ‘Renewal and modernisation of Stoyan Zaimov Secondary School, Pleven’, Lot 2: ‘Multifunctional devices, plotters, scanners, UPS and Multimedia Projector’. Subject of the order under heading № 1 is the supply and installation of computer equipment for Stoyan Zaimov Secondary School, Pleven, under the project: ‘Renewal and modernisation of Stoyan Zaimov Secondary School, Pleven’. Much of the existing equipment is old and depreciated. This requires replacing it with a new one that meets modern standards. Interactive displays – 65’ – 28, with ​​​​​​​ technical characteristics, detailed in the technical specification, will be delivered and installed at the school. Under lot № 1, the time limit for performance of the contract is 60 calendar days and starts to run from the date of delivery of a contract letter to the contractor. The period for performance of the contract under lot № 1 shall end not later than 30.04.2026, by which date the last handover protocol and invoice should be presented, for the completed activities of the subject of the contract. ​​​​​​​The activities covered by the contract under Item № 1 are financed within the framework of the project № BG-RRP-1.007-0032-C01 ‘Renovation and modernisation of Stoyan Zaimov Secondary School, Pleven’, financed under the Procedure for the provision of funds from the Recovery and Resilience Facility BG-RRP-1.007 ‘Modernisation of the educational environment’. ​​​​​​​ The maximum total estimated value of the contract is BGN 146 556.00 excluding VAT, as: - for lot №1, the maximum estimated value is BGN 121 520,00 excluding VAT; - for lot №2, the maximum estimated value is BGN 25 036.00 excluding VAT. A public contract under heading № 2 will be awarded in accordance with Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act in accordance with the procedure applicable to the value threshold of lot № 2 under Article 20(4)(3) of the Public Procurement Act – direct award. For lot № 2, participants should not submit tenders.
