Description

The city of Bad Wilsnack is located in the north of Brandenburg and administrative center of the office of Bad Wilsnack/Weisen, is located about 120 km northwest of the city center of Berlin, about 105 km from Potsdam and about 145 km southwest of Hamburg. The city is well served by its connections to the Berlin-Hamburg ICE line and the hourly regional express. Against the background of the increasing challenges in the medical care of rural areas - in particular due to age-related closures, lack of practical successors and low start-ups - the Bad Wilsnack/Weisen office pursues the goal of securing medical services of general interest on the ground in the long term. In this context, the city acquired the existing building Im Gutshof 5, centrally located in the historic city centre. The ground floor is currently used commercially by a food retailer ("Norma") and an Asian supermarket. The floors above, formerly used as apprentice accommodation for the local KMG clinic, have been empty for some time. In the future, it is planned to use the upper floor as a municipal medical care centre (MVZ). Modern, barrier-free residential units are to be built in the two attic floors. A feasibility study confirms the feasibility of the project. For this purpose, an interdisciplinary planning team is sought, which presents a first planning solution in the form of an idea sketch in the course of the bid submission and thereby reflects the new decision-making situation with regard to use. Bidders are expected to develop an economically viable and functionally convincing solution proposal as part of the preparation of the offer, which is based on the specified cost framework. The planning concept should enable a sustainable, use-appropriate development and design of the building and be justified in a comprehensible way. The development of the solution approach is remunerated (see procedural conditions, point 5.6). The planning service is to be started immediately after the award of the contract. The start of use is foreseen by the end of 2027 at the latest. During the entire construction period, the continuous operation of the commercial units located on the ground floor must be fully ensured. Further information is available in the terms of reference and the procedural conditions. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
