Description

In autumn 2023, the Research Council announced a framework agreement for assistance on Unit4 ERP and a new financial model. A specified assignment in the framework agreement was a change of budget and economy model from net budgeted to gross budgeted activity. Throughout 2024, the complexity and extent of this particular assignment has proved considerably greater than previously thought, and that there will be a need to go beyond the framework for completing the assignment. Work remains, among other things, on implementing accounting principles, testing and implementing system integrations and setting up new accounts according to new principles. The contract will be limited to fulfil the work of changing the budget and finance model, with the adjoining changes it entails.
