Description

Die Gemeinde Hiddenhausen plant den Umbau des Hauses des Bürgers sowie des Hauses der Jugend (zwei derzeit baulich durch eine Brandwand getrennte Gebäudeteile). Diese liegen zentral in der Ortsmitte Lippinghausens und fungieren als Orte der Begegnung und beheimaten das Jugendzentrum, die Gemeindebücherei und weitere öffentliche Einrichtungen. Künftig sollen die beiden Gebäudeteile miteinander verbunden werden und durch den Umbau unter dem Namen "Haus der Begegnung" im Hiddenhauser Ortsteil Lippinghausen den zentralen Treffpunkt für Jung und Alt übernehmen. Gegenstand der zu erbringenden Planungsleistungen sind die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 des Leistungsbildes Objektplanung Gebäude.
