Description

Rødovre Kommune udbyder totalentreprise vedrørende Ny Materielplads i Rødovre. Baggrund for udbuddet er kommunens planlagte flytning af sin afdeling for Vej & Park til ny placering på Tørringvej 13, Rødovre, og opgaven vedrører levering af samlet byggeri, renovering af eksisterende bygninger, etablering af udearealer i forbindelse med projektering og udførelse af Ny Materielplads. Totalentreprisen vedrører projektering, udførelse og levering af samlet byggeri, renoveringsarbejder samt udearealer, og omfatter: - Opførelse af ny autoværkstedsbygning samt telthal til maskinpark, - Mindre ombygning/renoveringsarbejder i eksisterende bygning, herunder kontorfaciliteter samt rum for omklædning og bad, - Indretning af udearealer, herunder salthal, materialeoplag og parkering. For nærmere beskrivelse af den udbudte opgave henvises til det resterende udbudsmateriale, herunder særligt til Byggeprogrammet. Bemærk, at opgaven tidligere har været udbudt i november 2024, men måtte udbuddet blev tidligt i processen annulleret på grund af usikkerhed om grundlæggende forhold i projektet. I nærværende genudbud, er der nu afklaring om disse forhold og eneste ændringer i forhold til tidligere udbud vedrører tidsplanerne for projektet.
