Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of surgical instruments and sterilization containers as part of the investment task entitled: "Increasing the treatment potential of the Warsaw Southern Hospital" part II III. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 2 ‘Assortment and price form’. The hospital requires permanent marking (engraving) of all delivered tools (description to be agreed with the Ordering Party). In addition, the Ordering Party requires that all delivered containers have permanent marking (to be agreed with the Ordering Party). If applicable, each container must be fitted with a set of filters and seals for a minimum of 1000 sterilisation cycles. Required warranty for all elements of the order - 36 months.
