The Ministry wants to address a project to design and implement new functionalities in its mobility strategy, which includes the implementation of new functionalities and services in the mobile applications of the Ministry already known or derived from regulatory or organizational changes, and the identification of new mobility needs derived from changes in the demand for the use of these mobility services or detected in other apps in the educational field that can improve the services already existing in the Ministry. The key axes of action towards which the previous strategic lines have to be oriented are: - Citizenship: Services that make it possible to obtain information (status of processing a scholarship, for example) or carry out procedures. - Teaching and Student Staff: Services aimed at the teaching staff of the Ministry to perform their internal tasks and obtain personalized information and students in their relationship with the Educational Center. - Staff of the Educational Administration: Services aimed at the staff of the Ministry for the development of their functions. Continuous improvement of the technological architecture, development environments, continuous integration and security aspects in mobile applications, and technological adaptations that contemplate the possible appearance of new stores that break into the mobility market or new mobility frameworks that can be incorporated and that can have an impact on any type of improvement in the offer of mobility services of the Ministry.
