1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of:
(a) intraocular lenses of acrylic repetitive one-piece and three-part acrylic lenses – Part No 1;
(b) intraocular hydrophilic acrylic lenses – Part No 2;
(C) intraocular aspherical aspherical aspherical lenses – Part No 3;
(D) Iocular lenses of acrylic coilable one-piece – Part No 4;
(e) single-use accessories and consumables for the Megatron S4 apparatus – Part No 5;
(F) consumables for vitrectomy treatments – Part No 6;
(g) single-use microsurgical knives for ophthalmic surgery – Part No 7;
(H) cannula – disposable irrigation needles – Part No 8;
(I) intraocular aspherical intraocular lenses, including the leasing of a facoemulsification apparatus and vitrectomy – Part 9;
(J) universal cataract surgery operational kit – Part No 10;
for the F. Chopin Specialist Hospital in Rzeszów;
