Description

1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of antivirals (CPV code: 33600000-6 pharmaceuticals, 33651400-2 antivirals for systemic use) to the Contracting Authority (ul. Smoluchowski 18, 80-214 Gdańsk) broken down into 6 product packages.
2. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, the range and the quantity are set out in Annexes 1.1 to 1.6. to the Specifications of Essential Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as the Specifications) and which form an integral part of the ToR.
3. As part of the price of the tender, the Contractor delivers the goods ordered to the Contracting Authority’s premises (ul. Smoluchowski 18, 80-214 Gdańsk) – Aptek Szpitalna.
4. The contracting authority does not foresee the conclusion of a framework agreement.
5. In view of the estimated quantity of the subject-matter of the contract, it may be reduced according to the therapeutic needs of the contracting authority’s patients to a maximum of 30 %.
