Description

The EU tender concerns the contract for the provision of the payment gateway/payment window as well as the redemption and execution of payments from citizens and businesses. The payment gateway/payment window means the payment page that the payer will encounter in the payment situation. It is also for this reason that the integrations from the professional systems that will use the payment solution will go. The payment gateway/payment window is responsible for the integration to the offered payment products. The offer includes payments with international payment cards and open banking, etc. Initially, international payment cards are payment cards of the type Visa or Mastercard. The offer also includes payment via so-called wallets, including MobilePay. Finally, payments based on open banking will also be part of the offer. Payments with Dankort will also have to use the payment gateway/payment window. However, redemption of Dankort is not covered by the offer. In principle, the tender covers only one-off payments and not so-called recurring payments, i.e. payments made under a payment agreement at a fixed interval and typically with approximately the same amount each time. However, it is an option that the payment gateway/payment window will be used in the future for recurring payments based on payment cards.
