The Specifications detail the minimum requirements of the DESIGN SERVICE (DTAC and DTOE phases, PT+DE, general estimate update, as appropriate), Technical Assistance from the Designer, obtaining approvals, agreements, authorizations (as appropriate) and EXECUTION WORKS for the investment objective: Modernisation/rehabilitation of 47 railway stations in ROMANIA – Lot SRCF Craiova FILIAȘI station. The estimated value of the design and execution contract is RON 21 128 605.40, excluding VAT (excluding the amounts related to the provision ‘Miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses’), of which: - design expenditure: RON 878,500.00 excluding VAT; - expenditure for implementation: RON 18 555 094.26 excluding VAT; - expenditure on information and publicity: RON 174,600.00 excluding VAT; - Implementation reserve: RON 1 520 411.14 excluding VAT. In addition to this value, the Contracting Entity, in accordance with Article 14 of Law No 99/2016, as amended, in application of Article 117 of Law No 99/2016, opts for the subsequent purchase of new services and/or similar works from the tenderer whose tender has been declared successful in this sectoral procurement procedure in the amount of RON 1 926 879.43 excluding VAT, representing 10% of the estimated value of the contract (excluding the estimated values for implementation reserves and site organisation). Thus, the total estimated value of the contract (including similar services/works) is in the range of RON 21 128 605.40 excluding VAT – RON 23 055 484.83 excluding VAT. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications/additional information in relation to the tender documentation until the 22nd day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information in relation to the tender documentation on the 12th day before the closing date for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will not respond to requests for clarifications submitted after the deadline set.
