Description

The Banque de France has set up the Centre national d’appel des cheques lost or stolen (CNACPV), which feeds into the National File of irregular cheques (FNCI) with declarations of loss or theft of cheques made directly by victims. This call centre is accessible by 0 892 683 208 (EUR 0,337/mn) 24h/24 and 7j/7 every day of the year without exception.
This service includes the use of a telecommunication operator and a call centre holder, and includes the setting up of an interactive voice server and the handling of calls by teleoperators.
The starting date for performance of the contract is 1.6.2013 for a period of 48 months. The contract starts with a takeover period of 4 months.
The Banque de France reserves the right to extend the contract twice for a period of one year.
The maximum duration of the contract is 72 months.
