Description

Der Auftrag umfasst unter anderem folgende Arbeiten: - Das Erstellen der vor Ort benötigten Baustelleneinrichtung während der Bauzeit - Das Ausführen aller Holzbauarbeiten im kompletten Baubereich. Darunter fällt nebst dem Erstellen der 3 oberirdischen Geschosse (EG, 1. OG und 2. OG) des Schulgebäudes auch die oberirdischen Konstruktionen der Nebengebäude in Holzbauweise - Die Decken des dreigeschossigen Schulgebäudes werden als Holz-Beton-Verbunddecken ausgeführt. Die Koordination für diese Decken mit dem Baumeister sowie die Montage der vorgefertigten Betonelemente ist ebenfalls Aufgabe der Holzbauunternehmung - Montage der Fassade in Holz -Sicherstellen des Witterungsschutzes während der gesamten Bauzeit - Die nicht tragenden Innenwände in Holz exkl. Lattung und Bekleidung - Erstellen der Fensterbänke inkl. aller Abdichtungen Diese Auflistung ist nicht abschliessend.
