As part of the public service delegation entered into force on 1.1.2011 with Mulhouse alsace agglomeration (m2a), soléa wishes to subcontract certain urban passenger transport services to taxis on the urban transport perimeter of m2a.
This sub-contracting shall be carried out from 31.8.2015 until 31.8.2016.
