The subject matter of the contract is ‘Acquisition of low-emission buses’. The subject-matter of the contract is divided into the following lots:
— lot No 1: the purchase of four (4) class I low-emission buses, 8 metres in length; and
— lot No 2: purchase of four (4) low-emission buses of Class I, 9 metres in length.
The subject matter of the public contract is less burdensome goods, and therefore the essential environmental requirements set out in Annex 10.7 (Essential environmental requirements for Category I buses) of the Decree on Green Public Procurement (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No 102/11, as amended) are taken into account when awarding the subject-matter of the contract.
