1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical devices for the Department of Traumatology and Emergency Medicine. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into lots. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The subject of the contract is 10 tasks. The Contractor may submit an offer for any number of tasks. 3. The detailed description and manner of performance of the contract is contained in the OPI, which is Annex 1-3 to the FTZ. 4. The period of validity of the subject of the contract (suitability for use) must be at least 12 months from the date of delivery to the Customer's registered office. 5.
