In this market consultation, CBS asks you for further information that can be used to prepare a possible tender for office chairs including occupational health and safety chairs, accessories and additional services related to occupational health and safety applications. As indicated in the Annex, we would like to receive your answers to the questions set out in Annex 1 by 15 August 2025 (previously, of course, possible). Prior to this (by 7 July at the latest), you can ask us questions for clarification, the answers of which we will publish in an Information Note on 11 July. CBS, a government organization with more than 2000 employees, with locations in Heerlen and The Hague, is looking for opportunities to keep employees vital in an efficient and effective way. A good workplace policy fits in with this and the office chair is also essential in this. We are happy to ask suppliers who supply basic office chairs and possibly also maintain and / or refurbish, chairs where also occupational health and safety specific adjustments are possible. We are asked for ideas that fit in the context in which we think of efficient and effective use of smart checklists, collaboration with (internal) handyman, occupational specialist to make this a success and to keep costs down in the long term.
