Cooling source modification, Building Y
The subject of the contract is the extension of the existing central cooling source (No.6, AERMEC, cooling capacity 533.26 kW, temperature gradient 8/14 °C, refrigerant R410a), which is located on the roof of the existing building Y with a dry cooler and accessories. The dry cooler will be placed on the roof of the engine room on the 6th floor and will serve for the preparation of cooling water in the transitional and winter period, especially at night when it is necessary to cool the specified rooms with internal fancoil units (with a total required cooling capacity of about 26 kW). During this period, starting an existing cooling machine is inappropriate and inefficient in terms of both low cooling performance and wear. The designed dry cooler will be connected to a plate heat exchanger in the cooling water/ethylene glycol (30%) duct circuit in the engine room and the water cooling circuit connected to the existing cooling water pressure tank will be made from it. • The equipment supplied must be installed in such a way that: o to restore the operation without any intervention and be fully automatic o to establish communication with the superior monitoring system without any intervention and be fully automatic • Required warranty for the work as a whole for at least 60 months
