Description

A DKÜ keretmegállapodásain kívül eső, de ajánlatkérő működéséhez elengedhetetlen eszközök beszerzése. Jelen eljárás a műszaki leírásban részletezett paramétereknek megfelelő 378 db termék beszerzésére irányul. A közbeszerzési eljárásokban az alkalmasság és a kizáró okok igazolásának, valamint a közbeszerzési műszaki leírás meghatározásának módjáról szóló 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. rendelet 46. § (3) bekezdésében foglaltakra tekintettel felhívjuk a figyelmet arra, hogy a közbeszerzési dokumentumokban, műszaki leírásban szereplő típus megnevezés a tárgy jellegének egyértelmű meghatározását szolgálja, a közbeszerzési dokumentumokban szerepeltetett gyártmány, eredet, típus megnevezése mellett minden esetben hozzá értendő a „vagy azzal egyenértékű" kifejezés.
