Description

The subject of the public procurement includes the provision of post-warranty maintenance of the Contactless Inventory System and the supply of consumables, including ensuring the normal functioning of the system, troubleshooting, software updates and technical assistance to users. The participant should be a developer/manufacturer of the contactless inventory system Inventor or a person authorised by the manufacturer/developer or its official representative with distribution (territorial distribution) and product maintenance rights. To certify these rights, the participant should submit with his technical proposal a copy of a document proving these rights in Bulgarian or accompanied by a translation into Bulgarian. The performance requirements are detailed in the Contracting Authority's Technical Specification - Annex № 1.
