The BLB NRW is currently planning the construction of the new forensic corrections clinic in Essen-Heidhausen. The clinic to be built includes the construction of new ward and therapy buildings for a total of 69 patients, a sports hall and areas for work and garden therapy. This VgV procedure is intended to serve for the services of the project controller in the case of gradual award. For the planning services, a general planner is commissioned (object planning, technical building equipment, structural planning, building physics, etc.).
