Description

The BLB NRW is currently planning the construction of the new forensic corrections clinic in Essen-Heidhausen. The clinic to be built includes the construction of new ward and therapy buildings for a total of 69 patients, a sports hall and areas for work and garden therapy. This VgV procedure is intended to serve for the services of the project controller in the case of gradual award. For the planning services, a general planner is commissioned (object planning, technical building equipment, structural planning, building physics, etc.). SiGeKo, expert acceptances, test statics, surveying services, ground reports, as well as other required reports and the associated control services are awarded separately to external engineering offices. Since the client (MAGS NRW) has formulated a BNB certification in silver as a goal, the BNB coordination is externally assigned. The execution plans and the construction services are functionally advertised publicly. The contract is awarded to a general contractor. The JV prepares the execution planning on the basis of the design and approval planning as well as on the basis of guiding details of the general planner (LPH 5 by JV). Due to the complexity of the construction project with a wide range of technical and safety-relevant requirements, considerable demands are placed on the quality of planning and project management. This must not only meet the specific functional but also economic requirements and also justify maximum deadline reliability.
