Description

ROC Mondriaan intends to conclude a framework contract with a single service provider. This European call for tenders is carried out in accordance with the Decree on Procurement Rules for Public Procurement (BAO). The call for tenders shall be carried out through the open procedure. The contract will be awarded to the tenderer with the lowest price.
The starting date of the framework contract is planned to be 1.11.2012 and will run for three years. The framework agreement may be renewed once by the contracting authority for a further period of one year.
The service shall consist of:
Managed IPT Service.
The Managed IPT Service means the complete management and maintenance of the IPT environment. The objective of this service is to ensure the continuity of IP telephony (IPT). Continuity is ensured by a number of proactive activities, such as monitoring, controls and implementation of software updates. This will, for example, make it possible to identify capacity problems at an early stage and to prevent and remedy disruptions and problems.
Managed Infrastructure Service.
The Managed Infrastructure Service is the full management and maintenance of the WLAN, LAN and WAN. The objective of this service is to ensure the availability and capacity of the WLAN, LAN and WAN by carrying out various operational activities. The term ‘infrastructure’ is a broad concept and, as such, can be interpreted in various ways. Infrastructure for the purposes of this contract refers to the active network components within the network, as well as the related (virtual) applications.
