SINGLE PARTY FRAMEWORK FOR A SYSTEM FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF LICENSING OF INDUSTRY PARTICIPANTS TO THE IRISH HORSERACING REGULATORY BOARD
Note: Not all information for this procedure were successfully computed. Please consult linked documents for more details.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board (IHRB) is the Regulatory Body for horseracing in Ireland, which is a €2.5 billion industry supporting over 30,000 jobs. The IHRB is responsible for safeguarding the integrity and reputation of Irish horseracing, the licencing of industry participants and enforcement of the Rules of Racing and Irish National Hunt Steeplechase Rules. Further information on the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board and its functions can be found on www.ihrb.ie. The IHRB also works closely with associated / third party bodies and may require additional legal services in this regard from time to time. The Contracting Authority wishes to establish a contract for the provision of legal services to support the delivery of its activities. In this regard it is envisioned that a range of support may be required across a full range of staff (i.e., partner, associate, solicitor, assistant solicitor and trainee). The broad categories in respect of which legal services may be delivered by the successful candidate are as described in the attached document.
